HOW WE PARTNER WITHIN COMMUNITIES

  • We engage in partnerships with non-profit organizations to build and leverage capacity to support programs and projects that advance population health.

  • We collaborate with academic institutions, industry, and corporate research organizations to harness interdisciplinary expertise and drive innovation in public health

  • We collaborate with hospitals and their leadership teams to develop and elevate stakeholder partnerships within their communities - working to address the social determinants of health where inequities are concentrated.

  • We engage with state and local public health agencies to help them move beyond categorical services toward more collaborative and comprehensive approaches to community health improvement.

  • We utilize data-analytics to aid Foundations in enhancement of programs and partnerships that sustainably advance both fiscal stability and the outcomes of those they serve.

  • We assist Employers in designing business strategies that improve living conditions in communities where their employees live while retaining profit margins and building community relationships.

  • We assist Community Development stakeholders in expanding partnerships and building health framework initiatives that raise the level of health equity within in their communities - such as medical respite, affordable housing and access to nutrition.
